I am no taxonomist, just trying to communicate effectively, for all intents and purposes, it is a gutatta or rat snake/corn snake. I think there are some very important differences between these rat snakes and corn snakes but they are similar. The protuberant eyes make for a very different animal, IMHO. [ Hide Replies ]
