So because YOU feel that balls dont need to be soaked then that makes me wrong in my advice? This is exaclty why i dont bother to come to KS that often anymore is because of up-tight people like you!

You dont feel that soaking is neccassary, ok maybe your right maybe its not. Is it bad advice? I dont think so. Many people do it. Just because its not your way does not mean that you have to reply to posts and critisize people for doing things a different way or advising others to do it that way.

Thats great you have a vision, not all keepers have one, hence they struggle with humidity levels.

I will agree with one comment you made and that is that the main reason for a bad shed is improper husbandry!
