I think that space is too small. Part of the problem is, a cage that restricted will make it hard to provide a range of humidity and temp that chams require, and you'll have a hard time finding bushy houseplants to fit in that space. Bigger cages almost always work better. The other problem is, almost all the smaller cham species are NOT beginner chams. Either we don't have as much decent keeping info available for them, or they won't be cbb. You don't want to start out with a wc animal as your first cham. I think I would work on getting a bigger space, then think about this again. There are articles on "beginner chams" on the resource links at the head of this forum that will give you some ideas. Thank you for thinking this out first!
