Ok, I wasn't sure if you were asking something else or "probing" for more info.
Unfortunately, there are quite a few people out there that feed a snake a couple of meals and then immediately weigh them. This, IMHO is misleading. I normally weigh mine and if they had a recent meal (within 2 weeks) or had not defecate since the last meal, I subtract the weight by at least the size of the last meal they ate. If the snake you got just laid eggs and is packing on the food, don't fret too much. I have females that drop over 1000 grams after laying eggs and put that back on in less than 6 months. I find that after laying eggs, females can be voracious feeders.
But I would let the seller know you are not pleased. If they do not satisfactorily tend to your needs, you might want to make a post at the "unmentionable" site just so others won't have the same issue and to let the seller know, he/she needs to do a better job in the future. ----- Jay A. Martin
