"Lessers from the RDR line may also contain a hidden not yet determined gene to produce the Platinum."



If it turns out that the addition of a single new allele of the same gene as lesser and mojave turns lessers into platinums then no lesser could carry that allele, or it would already be a platy. In this scenario, the first generation normal offspring of a platy hatch as 100% chance carriers and possible carriers would be the normals from those normals but not the lesser line decedents.
