What I do is just use the spare bath room sink. I put in some bath water temp water, then I slowly after a few minutes put in warmer and warmer water, I never went as far as messureing the temps so youll have to just go by touch. Just base your instinct, and this may take a few soaks a day over a few days worth of time. It may also have passed what ever it had to at this point but just make sure and soak it.
