Generally, superworms refer to regular mealworms that have been grown to a larger size using growth hormones or steroids. Obviously, you wouldn't want to feed those to your cham. Kingworms(zophobas morio) are a seperate species with a darker color and larger size than mealworms. They are ok to use to supplement your chams diet. I assume ana is referring to the zophobas. Incidentally, the reports of zophobas chewing through the stomach of a live cham are completely false. Zophobas drown quickly in water, digestive juices will do them in even quicker. | ||
