That boa is...

a BCI (Boa Constrictor Imperator) and not a BCC (Boa Constrictor Constrictor). BCCs are the true redtails (Surianmes, Peruvians, Guyanans, etc). Some people still call Colombian BCI "Redtail Boas". The pictured boa appears to be all Colombian boa (one locality of BCI). He/she is very clean and is a good looking snake, but is a BCI and not a BCC.
