For 3 Leos I would get a 30. 10 gallons per gecko,house them on Paper Towel since its the safest,Mealworms would be a good staple with crickets once a week or so maybe twice. Phoenix worms have been known to over calcify geckos so save them as a treat a few times a month.And they DO NOT NEED UVB, they are nocturnal and HATE HATE HATE bright lights, just get a UTH since they prefer belly heat,as long as you have enough hides for each gecko they should be fine.
