this is a hard thing to do but...

I always just wait them out. I had my 1st albino male boa hold out on me for 3 months b4 he switched over. Just keep an eye on the animal while you are attempting to break their habit, and make sure they don't loose a lot of weight. They shouldn't loose any, but you never know.
