Chick mash or crushed good quality dog kibble. Personally, the chick mash is far less of a hasle since you don't have to crush it, but both are high in calcium and protein. What I do is I cover the small container that I keep my superworm in with the their food, which also acts as a subtrate, and spray it down really well once a day so they can get all the moisture that they need, or you can provide them with a pieces of fruits like slices of apple for moisture. In addition, I also supplement the food I feed the superworm with calcium powder, so my gecko will get some also.
