I am assuming that you mean anoles..... I don't recomend it but it has been done. Just know that most anoles in pet shops are wild caught and usually carry parasites and diseases. Also, if you meant from outside then No again for the same reason. At least the anoles are usually tick free. Who knows what you have living in your back yard.
On a side note, I don't recomend buying a pet if you do not have a food source........
