Anyone buy "spikes" or fly larvae

I read online about these but don't see many posts about them so I wanted to hear from anyone that uses these...They are high in calcium, seem okay in protein and are allot lower in fat than say waxworms..Also if you have any links to breeders that are reputable I'd like to hear from ya...
