male and female pos het for patternless, the female is not agro, but has a very strong feeding response, the male behaviorally speaking is quite a savage and has a limited feeding response in comparison to the female, she will eat anything, the male will only except rabbits, dead F/T right off the enclosure floor with no movement. ( I am not complaining about this ) As snakes can be conditioned in the captive environment, the male's diminished feeding response ( sight/smell = subduing = constricting prey item = killing = eating) may be attributed to the ease in which he acquires prey, he doesn't constrict his rabbit fodder, he goes sight/smell = eating, skipping the in between's. I know this specie of Python is shied away from due to their aggressive reputation. They are an interesting study subject. I like them a lot.
