I kinda did the same thing on two racks in the hatchling closet. They were made for 2 sweater box wide and when I tried to put in a blanket box, would not fit with lid. Fortunately, they did fit w/out lid - barely. Since I use the larger tubs for larger snakes, the extra gap has not been a problem.



Pics with two sweaterbox, now many slots are one single blanket box (lidless)
