I live in Connecticut also and, unfortunately, all it takes is one idiot like this and they'll be coming for our snakes next.

I agree also that the thing may not be dead. It hasnt been that cold here at night, and the thing probably made a bee-line for a warm garage or sewer. Also, the water in a pond may be warmer than the air for an Anaconda.

I am west of New Haven, think it can crawl/swim this far?
