New computer, need help resizing pics...

With my old Desk Top, I had downloaded a program that I could re-size my photographs so I could post them here on Kingsnake.

They only allow pics up to 150k. My camera, even on email mode, takes pics in the 170k to 200k range. The other settings go up to 200M range.

I now have a new lap top with Microsoft Vista. The old program will not work, nor can I even get it to interact with Vista.

So, what do I do now? I have some pictures I would like to post, but Kingtsnake will not upload, for they are to large.

Any help would be greatly appericated.
