LOL - Vista comes with a program called Windows Photo Gallery - where you can view your photos - you should also have a paint program (somewhere on there) which you can use to resize your photos. Vista sets the Windows Photo Gallery as the default photo viewer - so if you open your photos in Vista - you are likely using the Windows Photo Gallery program - look for the "open" link at the top of the photo gallery and click it - your photo should open into the paint program where you can resize.
If you can find and go directly the paint program on your computer you don't have to mess with Windows photo gallery. I just figured if you were able to view you pictures on your computer you were likely already in Photo Gallery - if not then maybe if you could figure out which program you are viewing in we could guide you a little better. ----- Tosha
