Requires the format to be in vector (vector-based images can be scaled indefinitely without degradation.... A must have when printers are editing/resising your image and want it to be perfect) http://www.inkscape.org/index.php?lang=en
What does it do? "It's a FREE vector graphics editor." What is it undercutting? " and ." which both have steeper learning curves and larger feature sets than Inkscape... and are expensive!
My other hobby is custom printed promotional items.
MAC>PC hehehe
