I have to agree with JohnnyBlaze and Lele...he just doesn't look very healthy. I see a too-thin cham with a bowed front leg. I see a knob at his shoulder which doesn't look good...either a sign of MBD or a sign of a cham undernourished.

I see the brown coloration. That could simply be a reaction to the camera, but I suspect it's more a sign of overall long-term poor health. Healthy adult Veileds and Panthers generally display their brightest colors when suddenly agitated, in defensive mode or sleeping; they generally don't turn brown.

To me he looks like a cham with possible MBD and/or long-term poor husbandry. I'm saddened to see that.
