Best of luck! It's not too terrible if a long shot.
Rach egg has:
1:2 chance of getting one spider mutant allele 1:2 chance of getting one pastel mutant allele
And _IF_ the spider turns out to be het ghost then
1:2 chance of getting two ghost mutant alleles
So, if mom is het ghost then each egg has a 1:8 chance of showing all three mutations.
The chance of getting at least one ghost bee (_if_ mom is het ghost) in the clutch if all 5 eggs hatch, no fraternal twins, and no retained sperm is:
1 - (7/8)^5 = 48.7% Right around 50/50, got to love dominant type genes!
However, the above all assumes the spider is a het ghost. The hard part is figuring in that she is only a 50% chance het ghost. If she isn't het ghost, then your odds are pretty much 0%. If you had a large number of 5 egg clutches from a large number of 50% chance het ghost spider girls your average odds per clutch would be 24.35% of producing at least 1 ghost bee.
So, it might not be 100% accurate but I would say your odds are about 1 in 4 of producing a ghost bee in this clutch. Really not all that long at all.
