Otherwise, you might be using too much water when you set them up. Eggs that are too soggy will also mold. You might want to invest a gram scale so that you know that you are using the right amount of water weight. I use 75% water weight to the weight of the Vermiculite or Perlite. You might be able to save your moldy eggs by sprinkling Dr.Scholl's foot powder on them. I don't like to do this because Eggs are porous and you can affect the babies also. Goos Luck.
