If the eggs are bad (infertile), they are going to mold. Otherwise, you might be using too much water when you set them up. Eggs that are too soggy will also mold. You might want to invest a gram scale so that you know that you are using the right amount of water weight. I use 75% water weight to the weight of the Vermiculite or Perlite. You might be able to save your moldy eggs by sprinkling Dr.Scholl's foot powder on them. I don't like to do this because Eggs are porous and you can affect the babies also. Goos Luck.
