Help with Eastern Box Turtle

Today, My son found a young Eastern Box Turtle floating around in our swimming pool. We already have 2 Red Eared Sliders in an indoor 55 gallon tank. Right now the box turtle is in there on the land area in a small shallow dish with water. I'd like to make it a nice home but can't afford to spend a lot of money at the moment. What is a low out of pocket cost for an indoor house that I can put together for the box turtle? We have a 40 gallon tank that is not being used.
