Quite concerning.

I had one that kept one of her eyes closed for a time. I guessed it was irritated by a piece of shed, rather partly shed, skin. I couldnt get into the vet for two days. In the meantime, a little ointment, extra humidty and a gentle touch with a damp q-tip over two days and it was resolved. But when it comes to eyes I prefer always to go to the vet. With both eyes closed, it's got to be serious trouble with the animal overall, not just something wrong with one eye or lens. I'd return to your vet pronto, before it weakens from insufficient water and food (I'm assuming it doesnt drink or hunt without eyesight) allowing whatever is wrong to worsen.
