ok so I've asked tons of people before about this, because since I bought her back in oct she has proved to be a very picky eater. but I figured I'd ask you guys also.
She is a approx 1 year old hogg, just under 3' in lenth, and I keep her in a tank that measures 3' X 1', and her temps are usually low 80's cool end, high 80's-low 90's under her basking lamp. Humidity is kept around 65%. She is active, on a normal level, and has been retaining weight for the most part, and does not seem to be sick at all. But my problem is that I can only get her to feed every 2-3 weeks at best, which is ok normally, except she keeps going 5 weeks, which starts to worry me. it is now may 27th, and the last time she ate was april 1st. I've even tried scenting, which did not work. Also noteworthy, I cleaned her tank on the 22nd of that month, and ever since she burrows constantly. she never did before then. I have been feeding her just 1 hopper, and the last time she ate she took 2, but that was it. fecal matter seems normal. I'm left scratching my head, thnking that maybe she just wants a live mouse, but I really dont want do live feedings. Any idea what might be keeping her from feeding? I am including a few pics, just for sharing my beautiful baby.
