Your gecko probably has either parasites or a virus. How old is it and how much does it weigh? Also how long has it been sick? I went through the same thing a couple of months ago with two of my girls but I was able to take them to the vet. He gave me some Panacur for worms and Baytril (broad spectrum antibiotic) and it's working wonders! How much Repta Aid are you giving at each feeding? It may be too sick to take very much, I tried to feed Halo too much because I was frantic that she was so emaciated and ended up losing her. But with Star, she's just as thin but I went much slower with her in the feedings and she's doing SO much better now. If your husband refuses to let you take your gecko to the vet it will probably die, hate to tell you that but it has to have medicine to get well. I live north of Dallas, I can see if my vet will give me some extra medicine to send to you or if you want to go with a rescue I could try to get it well for you. (I have 10 geckos and eggs incubating, do rescues when I can). Let me know on the size and weight, also what it's tail looks like; fatter or thin, whatever. Does it drink water at all? Let me know what you can about it and I'll try to help you with the sick little one. Fran
