No real ideas, but I have to say that strikes me as comical  . Annoying to deal with, no doubt, but funny. Mine have always just picked a corner of their enclosure, rather than a specific feature of it. All I can really suggest is that you might want to reevaluate how you've got your enclosure set up - make sure everything is as correct as it can be with regard to temps, hides, substrate, etc, just so you know it's them being weird and not them reacting to something wrong with their environment. How is their enclosure set up?
