It may take some time for them to get used to you. One thing I've had success with, which requires a bit of patience, but seems to be a reliable method, is to do this:
Once a day, or once every other day, just put your hand in their tank, on the floor, and don't move it for 5-10 minutes. Be as still as you possibly can, and eventually they'll get curious and come inspect you. They may even crawl up on your hand (though you'll probably just get looked at and/or licked first). At first, don't pick them up; just let them explore you and figure out that you're not a threat. Eventually they should get used to the idea that you're not going to hurt them, and then you'll probably have some fairly tame lizards. Obviously, each gecko has a different personality, but mine usually climbs right up onto my hand if I put it in front of her now, and she started out fairly nervous as a baby. ----- 0.1 Albino Leopard Gecko - Tigger
