Pics need to be up on the internet somewhere first, UR:L refers to the actual address of the pic on the internet.

Your KS account does have a free pic hosting account. You will have to resize pics down to KS size limit. Once you load them up there, go to the pic, have it viewed on your screen, right click on pic then properties. In the window will be the URL you will need. Also, once hosted on KS you can show up to three directly in the post.
