I spoke to Representative Joe Farias a few minutes ago. He had no idea that the rider had been attached. He is going to look into it. I don't know what we can do now. If we find out who attached the rider we will need to think about the next election.
If there is a special session Rep. Farias will attempt to correct this situation.
