Man. I was just planning my first trip for July.

"(3) "Public road or right-of-way" means a public street, alley, road, right-of-way, or other public way, including a berm, ditch, or shoulder."

Quick thought,any case law interpreting the above for other laws??

Because on its face, it arguably might not include the actual road cut rock wall......
