when to breed burms??

I've got a female granite het albino, and a male albino het granite that are FINALLY big enough to breed this year. But I need to know what month is best to start cooling? I know a lot about breeding ball pythons from all the articles, books, and videos about it, but it's much harder to find info on burmese breeding. Any recommended websites? Is it basically the same as breeding balls, only on a MUCH bigger scale??
