I am at a loss, I hope that this is worked out and this bill fails But Texas herpers spokes person Randal Berry has said that this was a dead issue many times before
He said it failed in commity
He said it failed to make the senate floor
and recently said that he personally spoke to A senator (and had it recorded) That the bill was dead.
Now I am trying to understand why he would continue to post here why it was dead and he even took credit for killing it. If this bill did pass and is going to the Govenor to be signned, I want to know why Mr. Berry told us that it was dead? Maybe Texas herpers need a new spokesperson, one that will tell the people the facts not what we want to hear. If (as it did) pass commity then that is what needed to be posted not that it failed (which was not the truth.
The fact that the Bills passed so far effects the people in Texas and thier livelyhoods and thier families but Mr. Berry lives in Arkansas where he is a bird keeper at a small zoo, true he has a small show that he will have to change (restructure) but Not stop but the bill will stop people from making a living.
I am sure that there are many people in Florida and other states that will be happy to help, PLease post anything that we can do.
