HELP! What is wrong with my Boa???

I noticed this today. It wasn't there a few days ago. It looks like some scales on her head are rotting, but only on her head, around her eyes and under her jaw??? She has been kept in optimal conditions, feeds great, and has had no contact with any other animal???



What is this and how did it get there aandd most important, how do i treat it??????????
