A Better Pic...WHAT IS THIS??!!

another pic, i wish i could get a clear close up but my lens won't allow it.

Notice how she has the same rotting type scales along the rim of her jaw top and bottome...this can't be due to rubbing.

Has this ever happened to anyone?
