that sounds like an impaction. i've heard that blood poisoning could also cause a similar symptom. the best thing you can do is talk to a vet, maybe have your leo checked out by a vet. you can get some mineral oil, and in a dish put some shallow luke warm water (careful not to have the water be too hot, you can burn your leo that way), and put just a little bit of mineral oil in it, the mineral oil is a laxative and should help. a little mineral oil will go a long way. you can find it at the grocery store where other laxatives are.
what kind of substrate are you using? sand and other granular substrates are not recommended, leos that are not getting enough minerals from their diet will eat the sand, or, over time it can build up as they get just a little here and there when they are eating, in both cases the sand builds up and blocks the digestive system and can lead to death.
