Gravid females "shivering"??

Has anyone witnessed this? This isn't my first gravid Boa, but this is the first time I have ever seen this type of rapid twitching. Much like when Burms maternally incubate eggs.......weird.

Should I be worried? Or is this just something normal that I have happened to miss over the years?
