Where the previous owner of my home, had put up a basket ball goal. I had to ad to the slab. To make it the size of the building im putting up. I live in north eastern missouri. The price includes plumbing which isnt much, just a sink.I have a basement on my house. So they are digging a hole and tapping into my house lines. The price also includes electrical and insulation.Lighting will be basically big shop lights that are on timers.Twelve hours on twelve hours off.The contractor is a friend of the family. All im paying for is materials. $10,000 is the estimate might cost a little more or less. Here is a pic of what ive got so far not much. Also remember its not a huge facility. The majority of my collection is ball pythons.Dont need alot of space for ball python racks.
