I just built a 12X28 in Florida and the slab was around $2,100 when it was all said and done. I needed 18"x18" footers to meet code for wind load. The concrete was around $1,300 and another $500 to have it pumped back to the site from the street. That brings us to $1,800, then another couple hundred in boards, dirt and rebar for the form. I built up the footer instead of digging it into the ground. I am almost done with the entire building. I will post pictures and a total price. I think I will come in around 6K with everything.
