You people need to learn how to market your animals....

Why all the talk about the Sky is falling?

This is a breeders market place...these sites are known by mostly breeders or those interested in breeding or have been told about this site. I think if the general public was to realize that they could obtain these amazing animals through a marketplace like this ...There would not be enough to supply...thus supply and demand would force the prices back up.
Pet shops are still the place of choice for general reptile enthusists.

First of all...I have a local pet shop that occasionally sells albino ball pythons for $2995.00 each! Now even if they are giving them a huge discount at time of sale, that is still a strong market.

Try advertising in the local newspaper....I would bet that if you put an ad in for a $1,000 ball python, you would get tons of calls. Then hold fast to your prices here on this marketplace...sell only the very very best here for the right prices, and sell the lower grades in your newspaper.

I said it a long time ago...but it is worth repeating...
The big breaders should see the writing on the wall...they should invest into a marketing plan (together)that will promote this industry and bring the general public to light in this new way of buying and selling of these animals.
