noone has identified your boa. That boa cannot be identified with 100% accuracy. He is not a new morph. He is all Boa constrictor imperator and most likely a cross between localities. I would wager Colombian x Central American. I say this because (although hard to tell from the photos) the boa has a heavy CA influence, many speckles, small tail blotches, and looks to have a high saddled count. However, most CA boas are not that light, so there may be some Colombian blood. Many Central American and Honduran boas have red or orange bellies and the same colors on their body. He is a good looking boa, but again, he is not a new morph. With better pictures, a little more information may be derived, but that's what I see.
