If she is straining and a bath didn't help, take her to a vet ASAP

It is way to early for her to be ready to lay a second clutch, it hasn't even been two weeks since her last clutch. Dragons take 3-4 weeks between clutches. IT seems to me like she retained an egg or two and is trying to get it out, or has some kind of blockage that may not be related to eggs at all. In either case, take her to a vet.
