Good morning all. I got Brutus out of his cage this morning for a little excersize. I got him about three weeks ago and he was shedding at the time. It was a vey bad shed and I had to remove the old shed for him. Anywas, when I got him out, I noticed his eyes were blue and his body had a little bluish tint it it. Does this mead he is getting ready to shed? What should I do to make this an easy shed? My temps is about 90 with 70% humidity on the basking side, the problem is, he never comes out of the hide on the cool side. A couple of other questions, is it normal for him to become very active and flickering his tongue while holding or am I scaring him and he is trying to get away? Every once in a while, he makes a poping noise when letting out a breath, is this an infection? My last question, is on feeding. I have fed brutus one mouse every five days, he is about 18" long and possibly 2-3 months old, should I start feeding him two mice and each feeding? If not, when should I? Thanks for your time.
