Posted by: beachbeardies at Mon Jun 18 14:22:49 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by beachbeardies ] there really isnt a "best roach" in the nutrition factor. they are all good feeders. but for smaller dragons dubia seem a bit tough to digest, so i use lobsters and other soft bodied roaches. at 3-4 months they can eat pretty much any type of roach, just go by the rule of thumb "space between the eyes" [ Hide Replies ]
