Define Power feeding.......

I feed my 7' boa a large rat every week, i then feed her a med rabbit once every few months. Can this be considered powerfeeding? i personally think not. Would a more likely routine be feeding every 3-4 weeks? Im talking about adults here by the way, as babies are once a week.
