Pinheads are just too small. 1/8" are also very small. If you have only one baby (and I mean a baby baby like 4" or less) and you are going to buy in bulk then I would buy 1/8". The reason being that by the time you feed them out they will likely be 1/4" or so. If you have a group of babies then I'd buy 3/16" if your supplier sells them. Mine does. Babies are really OK up to 1/4", you just have to buy crickets with the idea of what size they will be when you feed the last ones out.
