I talking about keeping them worm wile you are feeding not to thaw them out with , the problem I have is in keeping them at the right temp. for the time wile I am feeding . I don’t just throw them in the cage and go on , I feed each one and don’t move on until they have eaten ,and yes it is time consuming but I do what I feel is in the best interest of my captives . Thaw them out in the sink or big pot with hot water to thaw them fast . David
