I don't think there are any co-dominant morphs in bearded dragons but I could be wrong. Most of the morphs you mentioned have been worked with or are being worked with by Dachiu, so it may be better to email them about this. They will be able to tell you which are co-dominate, recessive, dominate etc. much better than I can.
