Funny enough...I learnt a bit after reading most of teh post here about snows...

Snows are dark nailed hypo-melanistic while apparently there are no true "leucistic" BD only those so called 'leucistics' are actually hypo pastels - clear nailed hypo-melanistic...

Snows are actually just dark nailed pastels - some believed line bred light pigmented BDs.... but could mean same thing..

Its believed that snows could have a gene that removes the red pigmentation as well...anery... something...

There's a chance that some of the babies will have clear nails...that's about it...anyone else wanna add? or I might be off the mark somewhere..tho' quite close I hope
