Over the last few years of selling on KS, I've developed a local customer base that actually buy nearly 75% of everything that I produce. I ship the rest and have not yet lost a ball python do to shipping errors. I did have a clown (human not snake) recieve a package in january in a very cold climate with two heat packs not open the box and place it in his 90 degree snake room for 24 hours before opening to look inside. That todate is the only ball I've lost in shipping.
